A Launch Site takes 5 working days, a Local Lead Site 10 working days and a Signature Site 3–4 weeks. The clock starts once we have your content, photos and logo.
No. Copy is included. For the Local Lead and Signature Sites, we write everything from a 30-minute call or a few WhatsApp voice notes. For the Launch Site, we polish the notes you send us.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site files are yours once the final balance is paid.
Yes, for content changes: we build so text and images are easy to update. Or send us the changes and we'll handle them; small updates are quick and inexpensive.
Launch Site and Local Lead Site: 50% deposit to book, 50% before go-live. If you're on Roux Care, the Local Lead Site balance is paid in two equal halves: the first before go-live and the second 30 days later, and the site files pass to you after the second. Signature Site: 40% deposit, 30% at design approval, 30% before go-live. Founding clients pay a 50% deposit and 50% before go-live on every package. See pricing for details.
Every build includes on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, fast loading, mobile-friendly layout, a sitemap and search-engine indexing. Ranking takes time and depends on your market; we set the foundation properly.
No. It's optional and month-to-month. The only exception is the Founding Client offer, which includes a 3-month minimum.
Not always. We'll do a free check first. Website Rescue is a fixed-price repair, from R1,950, sold only as an add-on to a Launch Site, Local Lead Site or Signature Site, never on its own. It fixes the broken bits alongside your new package, so you're back online without starting from scratch.
