Payment terms

  • Launch Site: 50% deposit to book, 50% before go-live.
  • Local Lead Site: 50% deposit to book, 50% before go-live. If you're on Roux Care, the balance is paid in two equal halves: the first before go-live and the second 30 days later. The site files pass to you after the second payment.
  • Signature Site: 40% deposit, 30% at design approval, 30% before go-live. Founding clients pay a 50% deposit and 50% before go-live.
  • Your domain is registered in your name, and the site files are yours once the final balance is paid.
